Join our Commercial Team as an Associate Lawyer, playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services. Lead client matters, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, objectives are met, and client and legal expectations are fulfilled.
You’re a confident, reliable and principled lawyer looking for a new opportunity in the legal industry. You have at least 3 years’ experience post-admission in commercial Law and you bring a positive, logical, and productive approach to your work.
Your expertise in commercial law, gained in a firm environment, includes a focus or interest in commercial property. Passionate about your profession, you prioritise relationships and thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.
You enjoy problem-solving and being an integral part of a close-knit team.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to our Managing Director, you’ll drive team productivity, building trusted relationships with clients. Supported by junior lawyers and paralegals, your responsibilities include drafting communications, clarifying client instructions, shaping team culture, and reviewing/drafting various legal documents including:
• commercial leases;
• service agreements;
• licences;
• intellectual property registrations and agreements;
• terms and conditions; and
• employment agreements and policies.
